Madeira & Partners is a San Francisco Bay Area-based experiential event design and production studio creating immersive, bespoke private celebrations for discerning hosts in the Bay Area, Europe, and beyond. Founded in 2020 by Danielle Madeira — a 20-year live-events and concert-industry veteran and Billboard “Women in Music” honoree — the studio designs and produces each event end to end, including bespoke talent curation, for a deliberately small number of clients each year.
Awe is not an accident. It’s engineered — in the half-second a room goes quiet, in the entrance no one saw coming, in the moment a guest forgets, briefly, what year it is and simply feels something.
That instinct didn’t come from a banquet hall. It came from the stage. Before founding Madeira & Partners in 2020, Danielle Madeira spent 17 years as Vice President of Marketing and Special Events at Another Planet Entertainment — the largest independent concert promoter in the United States — building shows where the lights, the sound, the timing, and the talent all had to land on the same beat, in front of thousands, with no second take. She helped launch the award-winning Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas alongside the late Tony Hsieh, drove campaigns for Outside Lands and the Treasure Island Music Festival, and produced the global Star Wars In Concert tour with LucasFilm. In 2017, Billboard named her one of its “Women in Music: Executives on the Rise.” You learn fast that production is everything — and that the magic an audience feels is the result of obsessive, invisible work behind it.
Madeira & Partners brings that discipline to private celebrations. The scale is more intimate; the standard is not. Every guest list, every sightline, every transition is treated like a cue sheet. Nothing is left to chance, because the people we work for don’t have time for things left to chance.
And then there’s the talent. As an accomplished talent buyer, Danielle has booked icons including Justin Timberlake, Eddie Vedder, P!nk, The Killers, and James Taylor — and brought headliners like Flo Rida, Ludacris, Dave Matthews, Amos Lee, Janelle Monáe, and Jungle to private stages. The right performer at the right moment is the difference between a lovely evening and one people are still talking about a year later. Madeira & Partners curates that, personally — drawing on relationships with the agents, managers, and artists most planners will never reach.
